*All beads on the abacus ring are movable
*It is recommended to take off the ring when engaging in activities such as showering, exercising, or when doing strenuous heavy work. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after the successful delivery.
*All jewellery are 999 Gold (24k) and stamped with 999 hallmark.
*All measurements are done manually. As such, please expect 1-3mm differences in measurements.

All jewellery items purchased locally (Singapore) online or in-stores can be exchanged within 14 business days upon successful delivery.

For overseas orders, please kindly contact us at sales@merlingoldsmith.com or WhatsApp within 7 days upon successful delivery. 

There will be strictly no refunds, any remaining balance will be forfeited. 

All jewellery items must be in brand new condition, i.e., unworn with the tags attached. Sale of personalised products, special orders and custom made orders are not eligible for exchange. 

If the item is returned through mailing, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned parcel is trackable and insured. We will not be liable for any packaging/postage fees incurred.
