Freight Charges
All jewellery items purchased locally (Singapore) online or in-stores can be exchanged within 14 business days upon successful delivery.
For overseas orders, please kindly contact us at sales@merlingoldsmith.com or WhatsApp within 7 days upon successful delivery.
There will be strictly no refunds, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
All jewellery items must be in brand new condition, i.e., unworn with the tags attached. Sale of personalised products, special orders and custom made orders are not eligible for exchange.
If the item is returned through mailing, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned parcel is trackable and insured. We will not be liable for any packaging/postage fees incurred.
